How to Book

How to inquire about a group dining reservation?

If your group is 20 or more, please visit this page and fill out the online form or call 1-800-791-9062 to contact our sales team. Please note that dates can fill up quickly, so we recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind.

How can you help us plan our church or corporate retreat?

We can help with meals, lodging, and meeting space(s) as well as with local activity suggestions.

Can I tour the venue before booking?

Yes, we offer in person and virtual tours. Please email us at sales@tesincpa.com or call us at 1-800-791-9062 to arrange an appointment.

Do you offer packages for group dining or bus tours?

Yes, we offer group rates for bus tours and large groups of 20 or more. Fill out this online form for details or give us a call at call 1-800-791-9062.

How far in advance should I book my event?

We can take reservations up to 2 years in advance. We do recommend that you call us at least 6 weeks prior to your date. However, some dates especially Friday and Saturday nights can book year or more in advance, so we highly recommend reaching out as early as possible.

What is required to reserve a date?

In order to reserve your date, you will need to sign a contract and provide a small deposit.

What type of events can you venue host?

We can host all sorts of events: life celebrations, birthdays, family reunions, corporate retreats, marriage retreats, crafting retreats, sports banquets, work parties, holiday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, weddings, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, bridal showers and so much more! We offer catering and on-site dining as well as full bar services. Wi-Fi is complimentary. AV equipment is available for a fee.

What type of food do you offer?

We offer a full range of dining options and menu options. Dining options include plated meals, limited menu, buffet and family-style. Menu option include items from fried chicken to salmon, prime rib to pasta, BBQ to sandwiches, salads and soups to classic Lancaster County fare. Do you only offer Family-Style?

No. We offer a range of dining options including: menu dining, limited menu dining, buffet and plated meals in addition to family-style. We also offer a full bar. Learn more here.

Can we use an off-site caterer?

No, we do not allow off-site catering on premise. Menu option include items from fried chicken to salmon, prime rib to pasta, BBQ to sandwiches, salads and soups to classic Lancaster County fare. We also offer several dining options including: buffet, plated meals, menu dining and family-style.

What menu options are available for events?

We offer the following dining styles: family-style, menu dining, limited menu, buffet, plated and boxed lunch. Menu options are endless from BBQ to pasta, PA Dutch to fish. We also can accommodate many dietary restrictions including allergies, gluten free, vegetarian and more. Are alcoholic beverages available for events?

Yes, alcoholic beverage service is available for any event. We have a full-liquor license and certified staff. We offer full bar, limited bar and cash bar options.

Do you offer family-style, buffet, or plated meal service?

We offer the following dining styles: family-style, menu dining, limited menu, buffet, plated and boxed lunch.

Activities & Vendors

Can I book a private buggy ride as part of my event?

Yes, we can work with you to help book your private buggy rides with Aaron & Jessica’s Buggy Rides which are located here on property.

Do you limit what vendors we can work with like DJ, musicians, event planners, decorators, catering, etc.?

We do ask that vendors are insured and that their information is supplied in advance. We also can provide recommendations. We do not allow pyrotechnics or outside catering. All bar services must be provided by our team.

Can you book other food and activities for us in Lancaster?

We can book your group’s reservations at Miller’s Smorgasbord, one of the leading buffets in Lancaster County focused on PA Dutch fare. We can, also, assist with several activity options in the area and local transportation depending on your needs.

Can I bring in outside vendors like photographers or decorators?

Yes, you can bring outside vendors like photographers, DJs, musicians, decorators, videographers. No pyrotechnics.

Do guests have access to the hotel’s pool, fitness center, and breakfast buffet?

Only hotel guests have access to the hotel’s pool, fitness center, and breakfast buffet.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for events and meetings.

Are there AV or tech setup options for presentations?

AV and tech setup is available for presentations.

Do you provide linens, tables, and chairs?

Yes, tables and chairs are included and provided. Spaces at AmishView Inn & Suites include basic linens. Linens are not included at Plain & Fancy Restaurant, however vinyl table clothes and paper napkins are. Additional linen options are available for a fee, this includes color specific linens, linen upgrades, and chair covers..

Do you provide event planning assistance?

Our team will help you with determining what spaces and meals are needed as well as with room set ups and AV needs. We can also help provide activity ideas as well as recommendations for local photographers, DJs, musicians and more.

What spaces are available at Plain & Fancy?

We have a range of event spaces available. We have a large banquet room for up to 280 as well as private dining spaces. We also offer meeting spaces at AmishView Inn & Suites which include a large conference room for 110 and a smaller space for up to 30. Do you have indoor and outdoor event spaces?

Our event spaces are primarily indoors but we do have a large lawn that can be reserved.

Is there on-site parking for buses and large vehicles?

Yes, we have plenty of parking for buses and other large vehicles in our West Parking Lot.

Is there lodging available for overnight guests?

Yes, we can discuss setting up a room block or reserving rooms at AmishView Inn & Suites.

How many people can your venue accommodate?

Our largest space can host up to 280 guests.
