A Lancaster County Tradition Since 1959

The roots of Plain and Fancy Farm run deep in Lancaster County. What began in 1959 as a humble cultural attraction has grown into a full destination experience, offering food, lodging, tours, and shopping—all on one scenic property between the villages of Bird-in-Hand and Intercourse, PA. Over the decades, Plain and Fancy Farm has stayed true to its original mission: to provide visitors with authentic insight into Amish life while celebrating the shared spirit of Lancaster’s Plain (Amish) and Fancy (English) communities.
